The Wyoming Home Services (WyHS) program provides services to qualified individuals at risk of premature institutionalization. These services are designed to keep people in the least restrictive environment for as long as possible.

If someone with a disability already receives Medicaid, their state may allow a family member or friend to become a paid caregiver.
