In general, we are able to help persons with a total household income at or below 125% of the Federal poverty level. In some eligibility circumstances, we are able to help persons with a total household income up to 187.5% of the Federal poverty level if they have other qualifying circumstances.

Rules for Mailing The server can mail the papers by registered or certified mail, with service restricted to the Defendant and a return receipt requested. This type of service only works if the Defendant accepts delivery of the papers and if you have a safe address where the return receipt can be mailed.
