Take the Notice of Appeal with attached Certificate of Service (and the Statement of Matters Complained of on Appeal if you have one) to the office of the Prothonotary (if it is a civil or family case) or the Office of the Clerk of Courts (if it is a criminal case) at 48 West Third Street, Williamsport, PA.
