You made a mistake: If you made a mistake on your application, submit a letter to the IRS including the following information: Name & TIN of current principle officer, general partner, owner, trustor, or grantor. Your business entity's name. Your current EIN. Your mailing address.

If you reported your EIN incorrectly, please file a W-3c to correct it. Make sure you use the Employer Identification Number (EIN) issued by IRS on all Forms W-2c/W-3c. Note: The same EIN number should be used on the Form 941-x, Supporting Statement to Correction Information, when applicable.

A single business can have more than one EIN. As long as you report your income and expenses correctly, you should not have anything to worry about. Just make sure that you have substantiation to respond with if you receive any correspondence from the IRS.

Identify the information that has changed (LLC name, removal or addition of owners, address/location of the LLC). All other changes should be mailed to the IRS based on the state the entity's principal business, office or agency is located. The IRS will send a letter confirming receipt of your updated information.

For the question you want to remove, select Delete question (trash can icon). Your question, all of its translated versions, and any response data you've collected for that question will be permanently deleted.

Scroll down to the bottom of your page and select All My Forms. On the All forms tab, find the form you want to delete. Select More options in the upper right corner of its tile, and then choose Delete.
