How the papers can be served Mailing them to the last known address provided. Handing them to the person. Emailing them to the most recent email address provided. Leaving them at the person's office with a person in charge or in a receptacle meant for deliveries.

Rule 12. (a) Any party may appeal a final order or judgment within 28 calendar days after entry of judgment or order or after denial of a motion to set aside the judgment or order, whichever is later.
