Copies of official transcripts already on file with the court are available through the Court Reporter, the PACER Service Center, and/or the Clerk's Office as provided in General Order No. 15-15: Availability and Redaction Policies for Electronically Filed Transcripts of Court Proceedings.

How do I request a copy of a public document? Please Submit a request through the new Public Records Request Portal. It will prompt you to create an account after selecting, Submit a Records Request. The request must be for a specific identifiable record or series of records.

Court users and members of the public can get copies of judgments and sentencing remarks handed down by the Supreme Court of Western Australia. The decisions are hosted on the eCourts Portal of Western Australia. Please note that Sentencing Remarks only remain on the eCourts Portal for 28 days.
