If you are a nonresident or part-year resident, you are generally required to file a South Carolina return if you work in South Carolina or are receiving income from rental property, businesses, or other investments in South Carolina. Individual Income Tax returns are due April 15 of each year.

File two copies of the Amended Articles of Organization with the South Carolina Secretary of State, Division of Business Filings (SOS). The form is on the SOS website (see link below) or in your online account when you sign up for registered agent service with Northwest. You may type or print on the form in black ink.
