Redact Legal Florida Startup For Partnership Forms For Free

The purpose of this rule is to set forth uniform criteria used by the supreme court in determining the need for additional judges, except supreme court justices, and the necessity for decreasing the number of judges, pursuant to article V, section 9, Florida Constitution.

Any court filings made in a Florida court that contain confidential information such as Social Security or bank account numbers, adoption records, HIV test results or information identifying victims of sexual offenses, must be accompanied by a Notice of Confidential Information (PDF).

To redact information held by the Property Appraiser or the Tax Collector you must make a written request to those agencies directly under Section 119.071(4)(d)(4). To redact information held by the Property Appraiser call (352) 341-6600, or by the Tax Collector call (352) 341-6500.

If an entire court file is maintained as confidential, the filer of a document in such a file is not required to file the notice form. A form Notice of Confidential Information within Court Filing accompanies this rule.

Under the Florida Supreme Court amendment (SC20-1128) to Rule of Judicial Administration 2.423, "Marsy's Law", a crime victim, the filer, a party, or any affected non-party may file a Notice of Confidential Crime Victim Information within Court Filing at any time.

A request for redaction must be a signed, legibly written request and must be delivered by mail, facsimile, electronic transmission, or in person to the county recorder. The request must specify the identification page number of the record that contains the number to be redacted.
