To be eligible to apply online, you must be 18 years of age or older, have a Social Security Number, and not require a 3-day waiver. The marriage license is valid for a total of 33 days, from the date of application, including a 3-day waiting period.

Obtain a Certified Copy of an Existing Marriage Record Marriage records can be purchased at the County Clerk's office. The charge for a certified copy is $10.00 for the first copy and $3.00 for each additional copy of the same record.
