The ?coming and going? rule ends once the employee reaches the employer's premises.

(i) When an employee is determined to have a compensable injury, the employee is entitled to medical and temporary disability as provided by this chapter. (a) Permanent benefits shall be awarded only upon a determination that the compensable injury was the major cause of the disability or impairment.

Businesses where there are two or fewer employees may not be covered. Railroad and maritime workers are covered by federal laws. The Arkansas Workers' Compensation Law does not apply to employment of agricultural farm labor, domestic help, or employment by non-profit, religious, charitable or relief organizations.
