Master Agreements (MA) are utilized when the County desires a list of pre-qualified vendors to perform various services, on an as-needed basis. Master Agreements are in place for office supplies, personal computers, printing services, janitorial supplies, and building materials.Complete the order form and fax to the Contract Administration Branch at (213) 241-5845 for processing. The Contractor referenced above has entered into a Master Agreement with the County of Los Angeles to provide certain services to the County. All executed Work Orders under this Master. Agreement are incorporated herein as Exhibit J and made a part of this Master. Venue for any court proceedings in connection herewith shall be in the state or federal courts located within the City of Los Angeles, California. 19. Complete out the attached Covenant and Agreement Form.
