The Fulton County Superior Court is a trial court of general jurisdiction. The court has exclusive, constitutional authority over felony cases, prosecuted by the District Attorney's Office, regarding title to land, equity, declaratory judgments, habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, adoptions, and divorce.
Reset request forms can be completed in person at the Court or downloaded online and mailed in. If your case is reset for a new court date, you will receive a notice in the mail and the date will be displayed online under events. Your reset request is at the sole discretion of the Court.
