The Open Meetings Act is a Maryland statute.The DC Condominium Act requires that all meetings of a Board of Directors be open to all members of an Association who are in good standing. You should take minutes at director and stockholder meetings. The action of a majority of the directors present at a meeting at which a quorum is present is the action of the board of directors. Each corporation shall hold an annual meeting of its stockholders to elect directors and transact any other business within its powers. The other two directors are Engineering and Finance and HR Director(FD). In the state of Maryland, the board must include at least three directors who are unrelated to each other.
