Boards usually meet monthly regularly.Candidates for these positions must live in District 3 or any specified boundary area for special districts. Matters to be covered at the meeting are explained in detail in the attached Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Proxy Statement. At this time, members of the public have the opportunity to address the Board of Trustees on any item within the subject matterjurisdiction ofthe Board.
