To file a formal complaint, students should write a detailed complaint and submit it via email to VPSA@qc.cuny, or in person to the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs (Student Union, Room 327).
Put your complaints in writing, being as specific as possible with details, times, dates, etc. Then make an appointment with the department chair during office hours and explain the situation. If others agree with your assessment, have them back you up. Stay calm and be logical and rational.
