Please contact the Clerk of Superior Court of your county of residence to obtain an application. You must complete a notary application online and submit in person to the clerk of superior court of the county in which you reside.You must complete and sign all required paperwork for your petition. All new and renewing notary applicants must complete the online notary training and complete the online exam available at :Elearn GSCCCA. This online service allows you to either: (1) apply for a new Notary Public Commission; (2) renew a Notary Public Commission; (3) add Electronic Notary. Take an approved Notary study course and pass the exam. All fees are due at the time of submittal. Our office accepts cash, check, money orders and online payments.
