Clark County reserves the right to make an award without further negotiation of the proposal submitted. Proposal selection does not guarantee that a contract for services will be awarded.This part prescribes policies and procedures governing competitive and noncompetitive negotiated acquisitions. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the name and address of the Potential Vendor and the RFP title. Board reserves the right to terminate the negotiation process in the event that negotiations fail with proposer whose proposal is selected.
