The Alabama Objection to Claim Pursuant to Local Rule 3007-1(c) (fillable) is a legal document used by a party in a civil or criminal case in Alabama to object to a claim. The Alabama Objection to Claim provides a party with the opportunity to challenge a claim or set of claims in a timely manner. The objection must be filed within 21 days of the claim being served on the objecting party. The objection must include the name of the objecting party, the name of the party making the claim, the claim or claims to which the objection is being made, and the reasons for the objection. There are two types of Alabama Objection to Claim Pursuant to Local Rule 3007-1(c) (fillable): a General Objection to Claim and a Specific Objection to Claim. The General Objection to Claim is an objection to all claims made by a party in a case, whereas the Specific Objection to Claim is an objection to one or more specific claims made by a party in a case.
