" In the case of sound recordings*, to perform the work publicly by means of a digital audio transmission.

Compulsory License: Under certain circumstances, the state may impose a compulsory license, which allows the licensee to use copyrighted material without obtaining explicit permission from the copyright owner. This typically occurs in situations where it is impractical for the licensee to negotiate individual licenses for each use, such as in the case of music streaming services or radio stations.
