Arizona Update Information on Address and/or Name With the Court is the process of updating a person’s address and/or name information with the court system in the state of Arizona. There are two main types of Arizona Update Information on Address and/or Name With the Court: 1. Address Change — Individuals can update their address with the Arizona court system by completing an Address Change Form and submitting the completed form to the court. The form requires individuals to provide their current address, legal name, and other necessary information. 2. Name Change — Individuals can update their name with the Arizona court system by completing a Name Change Petition and submitting the completed petition to the court. The petition requires individuals to provide their current legal name, the name they would like to change it to, and other necessary information.
