Arizona Affidavit Supporting Publication is a legal document that must be filed with the court in order to legally publish a notice in a newspaper. It is used to allow a party to provide notice to another party of a pending court action. This document is also used to fulfil the legal requirement of providing notice to someone if they cannot be personally served. There are two types of Arizona Affidavit Supporting Publication: an Affidavit of Publication for an Individual and an Affidavit of Publication for a Corporation. The Affidavit of Publication for an Individual is used when the notice needs to be served to an individual who cannot be personally served with the document. The Affidavit of Publication for a Corporation is used when the notice needs to be served to a corporation or other business entity that cannot be personally served with the document. Both affidavits must include the name and address of the party being served, the names of the parties to the action, the court in which the action is being filed, and the date of publication. The affidavit must also be signed by a witness to the publication.
