A Colorado Notice of Appeal Civil is a legal document used to appeal a civil case in the state of Colorado. The Notice of Appeal must be filed with the court to notify the court that a party plans to appeal a decision. The Notice of Appeal must be filed within thirty days of the date of the original judgment. There are three types of Colorado Notice of Appeal Civil: 1. Appeal from a Final Judgment in a Civil Case: This type of Notice of Appeal is filed when a party wishes to appeal a final judgment in a civil case from a district, county, or municipal court. 2.
