Connecticut Change of Agents Address (Domestic Or Foreign All Entities) is a process by which the registered agent of a company (domestic or foreign) changes its address or contact information with the Connecticut Secretary of State. There are two types of Change of Agents Address filings in Connecticut: Domestic Change of Agent Address and Foreign Change of Agent Address. The Domestic Change of Agent Address filing is used when a company's registered agent changes its address or contact information within the state of Connecticut. The Foreign Change of Agent Address filing is used when a company's registered agent changes its address or contact information outside the state of Connecticut. Both filings must include the name of the company, the name and address of the new registered agent, and the date of the change. Upon successful filing and payment, the Connecticut Secretary of State will issue a Certificate of Change of Agent Address confirming the change.
