This action is usually used when a party has been deprived of possession of their property without their consent or without legal authority. It is a form of legal action that is available under the law in the state of Hawaii. Hawaii Judgment (Repletion) is divided into two types: Regular Repletion and Special Repletion. Regular Repletion is a legal action used to recover personal property that was wrongfully taken or withheld from the plaintiff and is not secured by a lien. On the other hand, Special Repletion is a legal action used to recover personal property that was wrongfully taken or withheld from the plaintiff and is secured by a lien.
