The Illinois Annual Report (Minor) is a form that must be filed by all corporations that do business in the state of Illinois. It is a requirement of the Secretary of State. The report is due on the first day of the corporation’s anniversary month. The report requires the filing of a fee of $75, as well as information about the corporation's current business address, registered agent, and the names and addresses of the corporation’s directors and officers. The report must be filed by the corporation’s registered agent. There are two types of Illinois Annual Report (Minor): the Initial Report and the Annual Report. The Initial Report must be filed within 90 days of the corporation's formation and is due on the first day of the corporation’s anniversary month. The Annual Report is due annually on the first day of the corporation’s anniversary month. In addition, corporations must also file a Statement of Change of Registered Office and/or Registered Agent within 10 days of any change.
