The Nebraska Amendment or Correction to Biennial Report is a document filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State in order to make corrections or updates to the information in the Biennial Report. This document is used to update any information regarding the business entity’s name, address, registered agent, or other information that may have changed since the last Biennial Report was filed. There are three types of Nebraska Amendment or Correction to Biennial Report: Name Amendment, Address Amendment, and Registered Agent Amendment. The Name Amendment is used when the business entity’s name has changed since the last Biennial Report was filed, the Address Amendment is used when the business entity’s address has changed since the last Biennial Report was filed, and the Registered Agent Amendment is used when the business entity’s registered agent has changed since the last Biennial Report was filed.
