The Nebraska Statement of Change of Principal Office And Or Registered Agents Address (Foreign LLC) is a document filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State's office that must be completed and filed whenever there is a change in the principal office address or the registered agent’s address of a foreign LLC. This document is required to be filed with the Secretary of State in order for the new information to be documented and updated. There are two types of Nebraska Statement of Change of Principal Office And Or Registered Agents Address (Foreign LLC): Form LLC-19-FRA, which is used when only the registered agent’s address is changing, and Form LLC-19-FRB, which is used when both the principal office address and the registered agent’s address are changing. Both forms must be completed and include the name and address of the LLC, the name and address of the registered agent, and information about the new principal office address.
