This is an official New Jersey court form for use in a civil case, a Notice of Appeal. USLF amends and updates these forms as is required by New Jersey Statutes and Law.
A New Jersey Notice of Appeal is a legal document that is filed with a higher court to challenge the decision of a lower court. It is used to appeal criminal and civil cases. There are two types of New Jersey Notice of Appeal: a notice of appeal from a final judgment or order, and a notice of appeal from an interlocutory order. The notice of appeal must be filed within 45 days of the entry of the order or judgment being appealed. The notice must include the name of the court from which the appeal is taken, the names of the parties involved, the date of the order or judgment being appealed, and the relief sought. The notice must also be served on all parties in the case. If the notice is not properly served, the appeal may be dismissed.A New Jersey Notice of Appeal is a legal document that is filed with a higher court to challenge the decision of a lower court.
