The Oklahoma White Verdict Form, Comparative, Counterclaim is a legal document used in the state of Oklahoma to resolve a civil lawsuit. It is a form that the defendant's attorney must fill out and submit to the court in order to file a counterclaim against the plaintiff and/or to plead comparative fault. The form includes information about the parties involved in the case, the facts of the case, and the defendant's legal argument for a counterclaim and/or comparative fault. There are two types of Oklahoma White Verdict Form, Comparative, Counterclaim: a standard form and an addendum form. The standard form is used when the defendant wishes to file a counterclaim and/or plead comparative fault in response to the plaintiff's complaint. The addendum form must be completed if the defendant wishes to add additional evidence or argument to their counterclaim and/or comparative fault. Both forms must be signed by the defendant's attorney and filed with the court.
