Larceny of (Domestic Animals)/ And Implement of Husbandy-Elements Oklahoma Larceny of Domestic Animals/ And Implement of Husbandy-Elements is a crime that occurs when someone wrongfully steals, appropriates, or carries away the domestic animal or implements used in husbandry of another person, without the owner's consent, with the intent to permanently deprive the owner of the animal/implement. The crime is classified as a felony and is punishable by imprisonment, fines, or both. There are three distinct types of Oklahoma Larceny of Domestic Animals/ And Implement of Husbandy-Elements: 1. Grand Larceny of Domestic Animals: This type of larceny involves the taking of any domestic animal, including horses, cattle, mules, sheep, goats, and swine, with the intent of permanently depriving the owner of the animal. 2. Grand Larceny of Implements of Husbandry: This type of larceny involves the taking of any implement of husbandry, including plows, harrows, cultivators, carts, wagons, and other agricultural equipment, with the intent of permanently depriving the owner of the implement. 3. Petty Larceny of Domestic Animals/Implements of Husbandry: This type of larceny involves the taking of any domestic animal or implement of husbandry, with the intent of permanent deprivation, but the value of the animal/implement does not exceed $500.00.
