Oklahoma Articles of Dissolution are legal documents filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State to formally dissolve a business entity—corporation, limited liability company (LLC), or limited partnership—in the state of Oklahoma. The Articles of Dissolution must include the following information: name and type of business entity being dissolved, date of dissolution, date the business was incorporated or registered, statement of dissolution, name and address of the registered agent, authorized signature, and filing fee.
