The Pennsylvania Annual Report of Accident and Illness Prevention Program Status (PARA IPS) is an annual report that provides information on the status of accident and illness prevention programs in Pennsylvania. The report is produced by the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Worker’s Safety & Health Division and is based on data collected from employers. The report is intended to help employers identify ways to improve the safety and health of their workplaces. The report includes data on the number of workplace inspections, employee training, accident and illness prevention programs, and other workplace safety topics. It also provides information on citations and penalties issued by the Department of Labor & Industry. Additionally, the report provides data on the number of workplace fatalities and the rate of workplace injuries and illnesses. There are two types of PARA IPS reports — the Summary Report and the Detailed Report. The Summary Report provides an overview of the overall safety and health status of Pennsylvania workplaces, while the Detailed Report provides more detailed information on specific safety and health issues.
