A Storage Agreement for a Recreational Vehicle, All Terrain Vehicle, and/or Dirt Bike is a contract between the owner of the vehicle and a storage facility that outlines the terms and conditions of the vehicle's storage. This agreement must be signed by both parties before the vehicle can be stored in the facility. The agreement typically outlines the length of the storage period, the rental rate, the type of storage unit, the security measures in place, and the facility's insurance policy. It may also include clauses regarding the maintenance of the vehicle while in storage. The agreement may also include provisions for the return of the vehicle. There are two main types of Storage Agreements for Recreational Vehicles, All Terrain Vehicles, and/or Dirt Bikes: indoor and outdoor. With an indoor storage agreement, the vehicle is stored in a temperature-controlled unit with additional security measures in place. Outdoor storage agreements provide more space and are usually less expensive, but the vehicle is exposed to the elements and may require additional maintenance.
