INSANITY is an exercise program developed by fitness guru Shaun T. It is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) program that combines cardio and strength training exercises. INSANITY is based on the concept of "max interval training" which involves performing short, intense bursts of exercise followed by short periods of rest. It is intended to help participants build cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. There are two main types of INSANITY workouts: INSANITY: MAX Interval Training and INSANITY: The Asylum. INSANITY: MAX Interval Training focuses on intense, full-body exercises, while INSANITY: The Asylum focuses on sports-specific training.
