Material involving the sexual exploitation of minors: Receiving, distributing, or reproducing for distribution a visual depiction is any visual depiction that involves minors engaging in sexual activity or any visual depiction of the sexual exploitation of minors. This can include images, videos, and any type of digital media. This includes any images or videos depicting minors engaged in sexual activity, such as intercourse, masturbation, sexual abuse, or exploitation; or any images or videos depicting minors in a sexually suggestive or sexualized manner. This type of material can be classified into three categories: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSE), and Simulated Child Sexual Abuse Material (SCAM). CSAM is any material that contains depictions of minors engaged in sexual activity or sexual exploitation. This includes real images or videos of minors engaging in sexual activity, or videos or images that appear to be of minors engaging in sexual activity. CSE is any material that contains depictions of minors in a sexually suggestive or sexualized manner. This includes any material that depicts minors in a sexually suggestive or sexualized manner, regardless of whether it contains actual depictions of sexual activity. SCAM is any material that contains depictions of minors engaging in simulated sexual activity or sexual exploitation. This includes any material that depicts minors engaging in simulated or implied sexual activity, regardless of whether it contains actual depictions of sexual activity.
