18 U.S.C. Sec. 1546(A) Fraudulent Immigration Document pertains to any document used to gain illegal entry into the United States, or to obtain benefits or advantages within the United States, which is forged, counterfeited, altered, or falsely made. This includes, but is not limited to, visas, passports, green cards, birth certificates, and any other form of identification. The types of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1546(A) Fraudulent Immigration Documents include, but are not limited to: 1. Forged documents — documents that have been altered or fabricated to make it appear legitimate 2. Counterfeit documents — documents that have been copied or reproduced without authorization 3. Altered documents — documents that have been modified to gain an advantage or to hide true identity 4. Falsely made documents — documents that have been created with false or misleading information.
