Washington MHC Conditions of Release is a type of release agreement which outlines the conditions that must be followed by a defendant who is being released from jail pending trial. The agreement is a legally binding document which outlines the rules and responsibilities of the defendant while they are on release. It includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions: 1. The defendant must remain in the state of Washington. 2. The defendant must report any change of residence to the court. 3. The defendant must report any change of employment to the court. 4. The defendant must not commit any criminal offense. 5. The defendant must not possess any firearms. 6. The defendant must not leave the state without the court’s permission. 7. The defendant must appear at all court proceedings as required. 8. The defendant must abide by all orders of the court. 9. The defendant must comply with any other conditions the court may impose. Washington MHC Conditions of Release may differ depending on the individual case. These conditions may also be amended or modified by the court at any time.
