The Washington Certificate of Dissolution (Half sheet) is a document filed with the Washington Secretary of State in order to officially dissolve a corporation. This document is used to certify the dissolution of a Washington corporation formed under the Washington Business Corporation Act. The Washington Certificate of Dissolution (Half sheet) must include the name of the Washington corporation, the date of dissolution, the name and address of the Washington registered agent, and the signature of the Washington registered agent. There are two types of Washington Certificate of Dissolution (Half sheet): Standard and Expedited. The Standard Certificate of Dissolution (Half sheet) requires filing with the Washington Secretary of State and takes up to two weeks for processing. The Expedited Certificate of Dissolution (Half sheet) requires filing with the Washington Secretary of State and takes approximately one business day for processing.
