The Washington Annual Report must be filed electronically through the Washington State Business Licensing Service. There are two types of Washington Annual Report: the Standard Report and the Limited Liability Company (LLC) Report. The Standard Report is used for corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships. The LLC Report is used for Limited Liability Companies.
