Washington WISH 10 for Agriculture Workers — Registration Information is a comprehensive safety program offered by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) to help protect agricultural workers from workplace hazards. This program is designed to help employers meet the requirements of Washington's industrial safety and health law (WISH) to ensure the safety of their employees. There are two types of Washington WISH 10 for Agriculture Workers — Registration Information: (1) Individual Registration, which requires employers to register each employee and verify that the employee has been trained in the required safety topics; and (2) Group Registration, which allows employers to register all of their employees at once and provide a single training session for the group. Both types of registration require employers to provide employees with safety information, including a safety orientation, safety reminders, and an emergency action plan. Additionally, employers must obtain a valid WISH 10 for Agriculture Workers registration number to be in compliance with Washington State safety laws.
