These measures may include, but are not limited to, implementing physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the Confidential Information from unauthorized access, using the same degree of care and protection as the Receiving Party uses to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature. 5. Term and Termination: This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of [duration], unless otherwise terminated by either Party upon [notice period]. Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, the obligations of confidentiality shall survive for a period of [specified period]. 6.
