A certificate that attests to this transfer of assets shall be furnished to each beneficiary. ARTICLE VII LITIGATION Sec. Art. 1. Jurisdiction. There shall be litigation, except as otherwise provided by this Article, in the county court of the county where the parties are residing. 2. Notice of appearance of counsel. At such time and place as may be prescribed by the court, notice shall be served on counsel for the parties, by filing with the clerk a copy of the petition, together with the bond in the proper amount to be approved by the court, all as prescribed by the rules of court and this Article. The appearance of counsel shall be limited to the time for the filing with the clerk the bond, whether the petition is for the appointment of a conservator for the estate of the decedent or for a dissolution of the estate.
