Como la licencia es de 18 semanas y cada semana tiene 7 dias, en total son 126 dias calendario de licencia o descanso remunerado por maternidad.

Es una suma mensual que puede cobrar la persona gestante desde el inicio de su embarazo hasta su interrupcion o el nacimiento del hijo. Se pueden cobrar 9 meses como maximo. La Asignacion por Embarazo para Proteccion Social se debe solicitar a partir de la semana de gestacion numero 12.
