Los ingresos del alquiler los debes incluir en la casilla 0102 de la renta. Aqhi, debes poner todo lo que has cobrado por el arrendamiento de forma integra, sin ningun tipo de reduccion y sin restar ningun gasto. En las siguientes casillas es donde podras incluir los gastos a desgravar del alquiler.

El aumento puede llegar a ser hasta de un 10%, dependiendo de la ciudad y las regulaciones que existan para el control de renta.

La deduccion para inquilinos es del 5% de lo pagado por el alquiler de la vivienda habitual en 2021 con un limite de 300 euros anuales, siempre que gane menos de 19.000 euros anuales o 24.000 euros si la tributacion es conjunta (casilla 0435 y 0460 de la declaracion).

Declarar el alquiler siendo propietario Si eres propietario de una vivienda alquilada, tendras que seleccionar la casilla 0075, donde pone arrendamiento. Si la vivienda alquilada se comparte entre varios propietarios, tendras que seleccionar la casilla 0063.
