Los requisitos para retirar los paquetes estan detallados en el Aviso de Llegada de Mercancias (haga clic aqui), pero basicamente es el documento de identidad y la factura o comprobante de pago para verificar el valor de las mercancias.
Eso significa que esta en Aduanas y es una situacion ajena a DHL ya que nosotros estamos esperando su liberacion para la entrega.
Llamar al proveedor: por lo general los grandes proveedores tienen un agente aduanal que lubrica estos procesos y ayudan a que la mercancia se libere mas rapido. No tener pruebas: cuando sucede que no puedes probar procedencia ni el proveedor se hace responsable, devuelven el paquete. Es algo poco habitual este punto.
