El monto de la Pension sera igual al 60% del salario base mensual y 1.25% del salario base mensual, por cada 12 cotizaciones acreditadas adicionales a la densidad de cuotas exigidas. El resultado obtenido se multiplicara por el factor de reduccion correspondiente a la edad, de acuerdo a la tabla vigente en ese momento.

¿Como se calculan las cesantias y sus intereses para 2022? Por ejemplo, si su salario es de $2.500. 000 base y trabajo 10 meses (304 dias), sus cesantias del 2021 son $2'111.111, resultado de aplicar la formula presentada (2.500.000 304) / 360.
