This is a non-competition agreement between a company and a corporation. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. 7.
