Articulo 14. - El derecho de Via, tendra un minimo de quince metros, contados a cada lado de la via central de la carretera.

A) La distancia medida desde el limite del derecho de via a los postes (de redes de comunicacion y redes de energia electrica) no debe ser mayor a 1.00 m (un metro).
De manera general, el derecho de via se extendera a veinticinco metros, medidos desde el eje de la via hacia cada uno de los costados, distancia a partir de la cual podra levantarse unicamente el cerramiento; debiendo, para la construccion de vivienda, observarse un retiro adicional de cinco metros.
ARTICULO 9o. - La junta Estatal de Caminos, sera la dependencia oficial que fijara la amplitud del Derecho de Via de acuerdo a las necesidades y especificaciones tecnicas de cada caso.
