Get Carrington College Transcripts

To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript. You can usually pay the transcript fee online too.

The School Report is where you will list information like a student's transcripts and ratings, as well as your school's GPA reporting and curriculum. The Counselor Recommendation allows you to provide a written evaluation of your student.

You may bring the attachment to the Registrar's office located in Taylor Center, room 114, mail your transcript to the Registrar's office, P.O.Box 244023 Montgomery, Alabama 36124, scan your attachment to registrar@aum.edu, or fax the attachment to 334-244-3993.

On average, it takes up to five business days for your transcript to post to your application from the date we receive it.

Log in to your Common App account. Click My Application, and then click Colleges Attended. 2. Next to each college/program you have selected, you will see a notation about transcripts and a link to order transcripts.

Log in to your Parchment account at .parchment.com. Next, in the search box, type “Common Application” and search. Common Application will come up on a list, select it and continue. On the next screen, you will enter your Common App ID #.

Transfer credits may be granted for courses completed with a grade of “C” or better, and the following time requirements are met with the following: Technical coursework (core courses) if completed within three years from the time of enrollment at Carrington College.

Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.
