You can retire and get your FULL benefit at age 55 with 32 years of service or age 67 with five years of service. The Dollar Limit for 2023 is $265,000. Under the Dollar Limit, which is adjusted based on age, the portion of the benefit amount attributable to employer contributions and picked up employee contributions may not exceed the dollar amounts for 2023, shown on the next page.
